Thesis

The DigiConta internal app already ships a dark money-green Console/Ledger look; this direction makes the marketing site continuous with the product instead of a separate brochure. The conversion engine is credibility-by-fidelity: a real-looking libro mayor with timbrado/conciliado states, debit/credit figures, and a SAT⇄DGI pill says "this is a serious fiscal tool" faster than any tagline. Tabular-num monospace everywhere keeps numbers honest and trustworthy. Teal accent stays disciplined (CTAs, eyebrows, focus), green is reserved for positive money, amber for pending. The risk: dark fintech is the most common "AI SaaS" register, so the anti-slop work is in the materially-specific ledger content (real CFDI/ITBMS/IVA rows), not chrome.

Light, airy and document-first: a warm paper-white canvas, a single deep-teal accent, and an editorial calm that says "your books, finally in order." A crisp light-mode dashboard mock (IVA por pagar, CFDIs sincronizados, ITBMS, a 6-bar trend) anchors the hero. Generous whitespace, soft elevation, restrained color — Stripe/Linear/Vercel discipline applied to a Spanish fiscal SaaS. The most broadly trustworthy and least "crypto-dark" of the three.

Thesis

Accounting buyers (accountants, SMB owners) trust calm over flash; a light, document-grade interface reads as "the audit-ready tool" and contrasts deliberately with the dark internal app — marketing is the welcoming front door, the product is the working desk. A single deep teal (darkened from the app's #14b8a6 to clear AA on white) carries every accent so nothing is decorative; positive/pending/negative each get one AA-safe semantic color. The light dashboard mock is the proof-of-product without the heaviness of a full dark console. This is the safest high-conversion default: the broadest audience comfort, the cleanest accessibility story, and the lowest "generic dark-SaaS" risk. Anti-slop lives in the real fiscal KPIs + the deliberate teal restraint, not gradients.

Dos Banderas

"Two Flags" — editorial, built on the MX⇄Panamá dual-jurisdiction idea.

The most ownable + design-forward direction: it weaponizes DigiConta's real differentiator — one account spanning México (SAT/CFDI/IVA) and Panamá (DGI/ITBMS/e-factura). A warm cream editorial system with two accents (teal = MX/system, sun-gold = Panamá/Pacific) and a literal vertical meridian running through hero, dark dual-jurisdiction panel, and CTA. Oversized Space Grotesk display, asymmetric magazine grid, dual statement cards. QuickBooks/Xero-class subject matter, Vercel-editorial execution.

Dos Banderas makes that the entire brand spine: a teal⇄gold duality (MX system-teal vs Panamá Pacific-gold) carried by a literal meridian motif through hero, the dark dual-jurisdiction panel (SAT column vs DGI column), and the CTA. It's the boldest, most editorial, most distinctive — oversized Space Grotesk display, asymmetric 6-col feature grid, big numbered how-it-works rows, a dark Professional pricing tier. Both accents are AA-pinned on cream (gold darkened to #9a6b0f on light; the brighter #d99a2b only ever on dark). Highest brand payoff and the strongest positioning story; slightly more art-direction to maintain than the other two.

For a fiscal SaaS whose audience is accountants + SMB owners, the highest-conversion safe default is the calm, light, audit-ready register — broadest comfort, cleanest AA story, deliberate contrast with the dark internal app (marketing = front door). Libro Mayor is the play if you want the site to feel continuous with the product (credibility-by-fidelity, Mercury/Ramp). Dos Banderas is the boldest, most ownable brand statement — pick it to make the MX⇄Panamá dual-jurisdiction edge the whole identity. All three render the real ES content, use the brand-canonical Space Grotesk + IBM Plex pairing, and are AA-verified + reduced-motion-guarded.
