StellaNova — Marketing Landing-Page Directions

Greenfield design exploration for www.StellaNova.club. Three distinct, complete, standalone landing-page directions rendering StellaNova's real ES content and sections. This is a directions gallery — a pick-one decision artifact, not a restyle of the live Astro site. Nothing here touches production; the gallery lives only under docs/.

What StellaNova is

A discoteca y rooftop bar — a nightclub + cocktail venue in Casco Viejo, Ciudad de Panamá. Positioning line (from its own i18n): "La nueva era de la rumba en Panamá." The product surface, read from src/pages/es/index.astro + src/i18n/ui.ts, is:

Neon Nights, Cosmic Frequencies, StellaNova Sessions.

Chai Espresso Martini, Cherry Cosmo) + a full /menu.

floor with laser show, VIP bottle service.

00:00 UTC (D1 + Minimax generations). This is the venue's single most novel asset.

Audience: Panama City nightlife — locals + tourists looking for the best nights in the Casco Antiguo. Conversion goals: buy event tickets, view the menu, reserve, enter the live club.

So the right benchmark surface is acclaimed nightlife / electronic-music / premium-venue marketing sites, not hotels or SaaS.

Benchmarks (named references)

SurfaceAcclaimed references studied
Electronic-music / club energyBoiler Room, Resident Advisor (RA), Sónar Festival, Awwwards electronic-music & festival sites
Cosmic / generative event artResident Advisor cosmic event posters, Sónar+D, Awwwards space/generative sites, NASA/celestial aurora visualizations
Premium / luxury nightlifeTom Ford, Soho House, The Standard / NoMad nightlife, Aman × Cereal editorial restraint

All three directions hold the same load-bearing constraints: WCAG 2.1 AA contrast (saturated neons are brightened into *-on-dark variants before they touch text/icons), reduced-motion guards on every animation (@media (prefers-reduced-motion: no-preference)), a named self-hosted font pairing (no generic Inter/Roboto/Arial; in the shipped Astro site the woff2 are self-hosted per frontend-design.md AS5 — the previews load the same families via the foundry CSS endpoint exactly as the Spongi/CloudIngenium reference galleries do), and the real ES copy + section order of the live homepage.

The three directions

1. Pulsar — kinetic neon-techno (on-brand default)

#22d3ee → magenta #f472b6 (already in StellaNova's tokens) used as the whole system.

tags, gradient-clipped NOVA wordmark, AI Track-of-the-Day as a glowing player strip, event cards with "Obtener Entradas". The most ENERGY-forward and the safest on-brand — it amplifies the existing neon tokens rather than inventing a new concept.

club immediacy.

2. Aurora — the "new star" made literal (★ recommended)

#22d3ee, green #34d399, pink #f472b6) confined to the ribbon, gradients and on-dark accents.

centered wordmark over a faint starfield; the AI Pista-del-día is promoted from footnote to a hero feature card with its own animated audio wave — turning the venue's most novel asset into the headline. Cinematic, ownable, ungeneric.

upscale-editorial (Casco de Oro); it tells the brand's own story.

3. Casco de Oro — warm-noir quiet luxury

(kept under ~5% coverage); oxblood #8c2f2a reserved only for the "En Vivo" pulse.

strengthened scrim, a high-contrast Fraunces serif voice (italic Nova accents), and events as an editorial date-list with leader-dot pricing (reads like a tasting menu). The calmest, most timeless, most art-directed.

for the colonial-cosmopolitan side of Casco Viejo.

Director's recommendation

Pick Aurora.

Of the three, Aurora is the only one that owns the brand nameStellaNova literally means a new star, and Aurora is the sole direction that turns that into the visual concept (drifting aurora ribbon, starfield, celestial palette) rather than being another competent dark-club page. It also promotes the AI "Pista del día" to the hero — StellaNova's single most differentiated asset, which the other two leave as a strip/footnote. That combination — an ownable concept tied to the name plus a headline feature no competitor in Casco Viejo has — gives the strongest, most defensible brand statement while keeping full nightclub energy and the conversion spine intact.

Choose Pulsar instead if the priority is maximum on-brand immediacy with the least conceptual risk (it simply amplifies the existing neon tokens — the safe default). Choose Casco de Oro if StellaNova wants to position itself as the most premium, quiet-luxury room in Casco Viejo rather than the highest-energy one.

All three are AA-verified, reduced-motion-guarded, render the real ES content, and are production-translatable to the Astro homepage with self-hosted fonts.
